The ASC Library recently developed two specific alerts on Inclusive Development for INCLUDE: Social Protection and Productive Employment. Subscribe now!

  • The ASC Library  offers the possibility to sign up for different types of alerts based on ASC  Leiden related  resources, covering the ASC library  catalogue, ASC online publications and other scientific  Africa related  publications from  the Connecting-Africa database.
  • Alerts include (free) electronic documents, journal articles, books, films  and sound.
  • Alerts can be received by email  or RSS.
  • The ASC alert service is free of charge

How to subscribe


  1. Click on social protectionorproductive employment. A request form pops up.
  2. Fill in your email address and the verification code displayed on the request form and click on the button ‘Complete Subscription Request’.
  3. Check your inbox for a verification message from FeedBurner Email Subscriptions. If you do not receive this message, check your junk mail/spam.
  4. Click on the link listed in this message to activate your subscription. Once your subscription has been activated you will receive email notifications when new titles become available that match your choice.


  1. Click on the RSS button next to social protectionor productive employment. The alert service creates an RSS-feed.
  2. Add the feed to a reader (e.g. Feedly), your browser or Microsoft Outlook in order to be notified when new titles become available that match your choice. For more information on RSS-feeds see ASC article ‘Keeping up-to-date using RSS‘.
