INCLUDE’s letter to new Netherlands Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation

On October 2017, a new cabinet has been appointed in the Netherlands. Sigrid Kaag has been appointed as as the new Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation. To welcome her to this position, and to invite her in cooperating to achieving her agenda for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation in the upcoming four years, INCLUDE has sent her the following letter.
