On 7 November 2016, INCLUDE organized a (closed) meeting at the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs around the relationship between the themes social protection and food security, a relationship earlier discussed in the seminar ‘Leaving No One Behind Through Social Protection‘. At this meeting, Stephen Devereux and Keetie Roelen (Centre for Social Protection/ Institute for Development Studies) delivered a presentation on the history of social protection, ‘graduation models’ and their impacts on improving food security.
