On 14 November at the INCLUDE Pavilion we convene a critical conversation titled Legislate or Stagnate Africa’s Green Deal Must Be Made in Africa. Every energy transition needs law. Every climate ambition becomes real only when it is written enacted funded and enforced. This session will bring together African lawmakers and continental leaders to examine how legislation can unlock resources investments and accountability. The core message is clear. Africa must write its own climate future in its own language through its own institutions.
