On 12 November at the INCLUDE Pavilion we go straight into one of the most strategic issues in the African green transition today. Digital labour is expanding and global demand for digital services is rising. The question is not if Africa has talent. The question is how Africa will capture value fairly. This session studies digital labour not as a niche opportunity but as part of the economic architecture for a green and just transition. We will explore how exporting talent can also import justice dignity and fair value.
