Cheick Oumar Doumbia is a Youth Leader serving as the president and founder of Youth For Change Mali. He is a political Scientist, studied at the Metropolitan State University of Denver (Colorado, USA) and the Institute of Political science, International relations and communications in Mali.
He is the head of external relations committee of the Panafrican leaders Mouvement and a Youth Coordinator at the African Leadership Group. He is a One Young World ambassador, Young African Leadership Initiative network member. He also advises the Malian minister of Employment.
