Fatoumata L. Diallo is Senior Economist at the West African Monetary Agency (WAMA) in Sierra Leone. She is a former teaching and research assistant at the Faculty of Economics at Cheikh Anta Diop University (UCAD) in Dakar, Senegal, and at CRES (Consortium pour la Recherche Economique et Sociale, Senegal). She has a PhD in Economics from Maastricht University, the Netherlands. Her main research interests are the evaluation of development programs (education, health, poverty, and social protection), multidimensional poverty, gender, and ICT.
