Emma Riley is a postdoctoral researcher at the department of Economics and the Centre for the Study of African Economies at the University of Oxford. Her research is in development economics, including cash transfers, microfinance loads, and women’s entrepreneurship, with a regional focus on Sub-Saharan Africa.
