Soft vs. hard skills: two long-term evaluations of youth entrepreneurship training programs in Uganda

This research will examine the long-term impacts of youth skills development and entrepreneurship interventions in Uganda.
It will provide evidence about the best combination of soft and hard skills that should be considered to improve youth employment prospects.
