Adam Szirmai, Mulu Gebreeyesus, Francesca Guadagno and Bart Verspagen from United Nations University (UNU-MERIT) in Maastricht prepared a paper in 2013 that served as a background document for INCLUDE’s concept note on productive employment in Sub-Saharan Africa.
