Mylène Bordeleau is a Program Officer with the Employment and Growth team at Canada’s International Development Research Centre (IDRC). She has over eight years of experience in project and research management in the fields of women’s economic empowerment and youth employment, with a focus on Sub-Saharan Africa. As part of her role, she supports Boosting Decent Employment for Africa’s Youth, a collaborative effort with INCLUDE and the ILO.
