Modester is a Ugandan rural economist with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics, a Practicing Researcher and Policy Analyst, with over 4 years’ experience and expertise working with private sector, development partners and public sector in several fields. She is proficient in M&E, Data Processing and Analysis, Policy Development, Project Planning and Management, Proposal and Report Writing, Project Appraisal and Client Relationship Management. In her career journey Modester has worked with different development institutions such as the United Nations World Food Programme, Save the Children International, Stanbic Bank and currently with Uganda Investment Authority, to support programs targeted at supporting Economic Growth and Development, Education, Entrepreneurship, Livelihoods and Investment. In efforts to improve her career journey Modester is currently pursuing a postgraduate diploma in Project Planning and Management at the Uganda Management Institute.
