Jessica Sakalauskas is an MSc student in public administration, specializing in economics and governance at Leiden University. She is currently a board member of the West Wing think tank and track leader for the Security Policy Department and the Economic Advice and Policy Development Department (DVB/EAB). In 2018–2019, she served as a track member for the Sustainable Economic Development Department and the Social Development Department (DDE/DSO). She will be attending One Young World as part of the Dutch MFA’s Enterprise for Peace delegation in London to underline the importance of various manifestations of the Future of Work in economically challenged regions.
The West Wing is a think tank of students and young professionals founded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to develop creative and innovative solutions for current policy challenges.
