Dominic Perera works for the global civil society alliance, CIVICUS. While at CIVICUS, he has focussed on researching issues facing civil society and documenting restrictions on civic activism around the world. As part of his work, Dominic played a key role in designing the methodology for the CIVICUS Monitor, a dynamic online portal that tracks the conditions for civil society in 196 countries. Alongside his work at CIVICUS, he is also doctoral candidate at the University College London (UCL).
