Caspar Swinkels

Caspar holds a master’s degree in International Development Studies, for which he wrote a thesis on the way local stakeholders resisted, navigated and adapted governmental efforts of a very transformative development intervention in a rural village in Sierra Leone. He has experience teaching courses in sociology and methodology at the Chair group of Sociology of Development and Change at Wageningen University. For INCLUDE, Caspar works on the nexus between youth employment and inclusive development and supports the Secretariat with work related to ‘Work and income for Women and Youth’.
