Caspar works on the nexus between youth employment and inclusive development and supports the Secretariat on the theme ‘Work and income for Women and Youth’. He holds a master’s degree in International Development Studies from Wageningen University. Working with case studies and literature research, Caspar tries making the concept of inclusive development for work and income more tangible and practical, especially for women and youth, focusing on what inclusive development means in practice, and how to ‘do’ inclusion.
