Dr. Billian Khalayi Otundo is an experienced administrative professional and Lecturer at Moi University, Kenya. She has a Doctor of Philosophy in Linguistics from the University of Bayreuth in Germany and is currently involved in a collaborative project with Radboud University, the Netherlands as a postdoctoral researcher.
