On 21 November, INCLUDE organizes the ‘Investing in future prospects: linking research to policy for inclusive development in Africa’ conference. The conference addresses the root causes of poverty and inequality, connecting it to the BHOS policy framework of Minister Kaag. Experts from policy, practice and research will discuss the state of inclusive development in Sub-Saharan Africa, while jointly identifying the implications of the findings of NWO-WOTRO’s ‘Research for Inclusive Development in Sub-Saharan Africa’ (RIDSSA) research projects. Future perspectives in key policy domains will be discussed, as well as the do’s and don’ts for inclusive development policies.
This promises to be an interactive day full of discussion and insight among policymakers, platform members, researchers, practitioners and others from the field.
Time: 9:00 am – 5:45 pm
By invitation only, registration for limited available seats has closed.
