Last year, as part of INCLUDE’s African Policy Dialogues, Africa 2.0 Netherlands in collaboration with Entreprenarium of Kigaliand other stakeholders in Rwanda started initiated dialogues to exchange knowledge on the effects of business reforms on entrepreneurial dynamics. In particular, through action research, the aim was to understand the effect of the business reforms on entrepreneurship growth (especially among youth and women), the role of the private sector in complying with the reforms, and the networking dynamics between entrepreneurs and other stakeholders. To enhance knowledge exchange on entrepreneurship development in Rwanda, the collaborating institutions will host a final conference in April 2017 in Kigali, Rwanda.
