The Local Governance Practioners’ Forum will bring together stakeholders of Ghana’s local governance system from the Northern sector to discuss and collate ideas on four pillars for effective decentralisation. The pillars are:
- Political decentralisation and local democratic governance
- Administrative decentralisation for effective and efficient service delivery
- Fiscal decentralisation and;
- Local economic development
