Sarah N. Ssewanyana holds a PhD in Agricultural Economics from the University of Sydney. Sarah is the Executive Director of the Economic Policy Research Centre (EPRC); Uganda’s leading think tank in economic research and development policy since 2009. She is a well-grounded researcher with extensive experience in policy-oriented research. Sarah has extensively researched on poverty, food security, health, education, social protection and social service delivery, among others. Sarah has also served on various Boards/Committees in Uganda and other international organizations.
