Adriano Nuvunga is a senior lecturer in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Eduardo Mondlane University in Mozambique. He is also a founding member and the executive director of the Centro de Integridade Pública (CIP). CIP is an anticorruption civil society organization seeking to contribute to the promotion of democracy and human rights in Mozambique through research and advocacy on fiscal transparency, public – sector procurement, anti-poverty programmes, and extractive industries operating in the country. He holds a PhD in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies of the Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
